The changing seasons bring their own variety and visual appeal to the images on display, which are enhanced by David's characteristic use of colour and light, and his ability to capture the atmosphere in landscape.

An opportunity for art-enthusiasts and collectors to visit an extensive show of new work by twenty established artists in the Art Gallery on Mellerstain's spacious ground floor. This gifted pair gave an outstanding concert at Mellerstain in 2006. They return with a programme from the romantic and modern repertoire.
Katie Stillman is well known to Mellerstain audiences. She is joined by the prize-winning young cellist Victoria Simonson for a programme of duets and solo works.
After each concert, guests may enjoy a light supper with wine, in the company of the concert artistes.
